I love our motorbike rides. It gets us to our destination at a much shorter time than driving and it is definitely cheaper! Although the rise in petrol prices means it now cost us RM12 to fill the motorbike to a full tank (it used to be only RM7!), it is still definitely much cheaper than to fill up the car which would probably cost like RM100 or something!

The only thing I have to say that would greatly improve my riding experience would be to get a new pair of glasses. Not just any glasses but those that has those clip-on shades. It gets so hot sometimes that I practically have to squint my eyes to keep the glare out. I don’t dare to close my eyes for fear of falling asleep and yes, it’s been known to happen because I can sleep anywhere ! gelakguling

Anyway, I found this great site that offers eye glasses at really economical prices. Imagine buying a pair of glasses at only $8! Yeap, you heard me. $ 8 Zenni Optical Rx Eyeglasses ! Crazy right? Well according to the site, the reason why they are able to offer such prices is because they only sell their own manufactured frames direct to the customer, with no middlemen. So who gains? We, the customer, of course!

So I’m eyeing a couple of designs that has this clip-on shades because you know I’m blind as a bat without my glasses right? This would let me sort of throw two birds with one stone. Not be blind and still have my stylish shades. gelakguling. Yihaa!!

You know everyone wants to belong somewhere. It’s just that sense of belonging jumbo that we feed to ourselves to be somebody. So we form one or many clubs for that matter, just so we can sneer at those that don’t belong to it gelakguling .

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a negative thing. I mean I am a member of many clubs and even founded one myself even though we only have 4 members including me! No, it’s not some wine of the month clubs but it is called the Chicken Noodle Club (coz we always have that whenever we meet) or as we fondly call ourselves, members of CNC. Laugh if you will but this club is still very much alive now and we make an effort to meet once a year although I am all the way out here. It’s not easy but we try and the bond that we share are as close now, if not closer, as when we just formed the club 10 years ago.

This is a picture of us on our last meeting. We were waiting for our cab and the street lighting was the pitts…

That’s me, the Pressy, there’s Blue (don’t know why we gave her that nick),
there’s Blur and there’s Kampung! Meet the CNC members sengihnampakgigi

One PC game that I absolutely love to play is Pharaoh and Cleopatra. Now in the game, everyone must make sure the gods are appeased otherwise bad things would happen, like bad crop, poor trade and even discontentment within the country. One of the Gods that needed to be appeased quite often is Osiris, otherwise, they’ll be nothing to eat till the next inundation!

So when I saw this quiz, I thought , hehe.. let’s see which of the Egyptian God’s personality do I have… and it is ….
