Time for Some Multi-Vitamins*

I think it’s a subtle way of the body telling me to slow down, or do something about it. My sleeping habit are less to be desired. So is my eating habit to be honest. The first sign of “aging” for me is that my old injured knee is creating problems. I had a terrible accident a while back that had me falling off my bicycle. I didn’t have surgery or anything but I think it may have done something to my knee bones. It hurts back then too but not as much and often as it does now. Nowadays, even climbing up stairs hurts!

Anyway, Azwaj advised me to start taking mult-vitamins from Centrum, that I got from the local pharmacy, which I did immediately and guess what, my condition has greatly improved. I noticed it immediately as now I don’t have that stabbing pain each time I stand on my right leg anymore.

That’s what aging is all about eh..

My Friend's Getting Married

Yes!!! A friend of mine is getting married!! After going solo for the longest time, she finally met her match, someone she said, that is worthy of her love. LOL! All I can say is “Awesome” dear friend. It’s about time you join the club and experience marital bliss!

The wedding is in June so I got plenty of time to start shopping for bridal gifts. A bunch of us have decided to throw her a bridal shower and present her with a sexy lingerie of some sort, perhaps a nice and sexy babydoll nightie or even some seductive corsets. Hahaha.. can’t wait to see the look on her face! What say you??

Others notes:
Had steam fish for dinner today.. even had second helpings of rice.. yumss. Was at the office from 6.30pm to midnight. Then had Teh Halia C, thats ginger tea with evaporated instead of condensed milk and a helping of toasted bread with butter. Yikes! Eating at midnight! No good 🙁

Slow as Snail

I’m seriously thinking of rendering Streamyx, my internet provider, here some form of assistance with their maintenance work. They informed us that due to some cabling work underneath the ocean somewhere out “there” we will be experiencing slower speed somewhat until 31st December 2008. Well it’s 2009 now and speed is still fluctuating like mad. I have my air tools, my sledge hammer and the biggest chain saw I can find to go hack someone to pieces.

Argh!!!
