Getting Back on Track

Wowee.. feels like forever since I last blogged. I guess it was a blessing losing internet connection otherwise I would never have been able to totally focus on our move. Once the phone and internet connection was gone, it really felt like the move was taking place. Azwaj put all his jobs on hold as did I and all our energy was focused towards the cleaning up of our new place and logistics for the move.

Ten days later, our new place is now our home. It still is messy now with boxes and furniture still all over the place but it’s home and we love it, monkey and all.. lol!

I’m looking forward to getting back my life back on track once again after all the unpacking is done. Yihaa!

Seeking Stuff

I must say I never realized I “lost” so many stuff before with all these house move that I’m doing. It all started with my marriage to Azwaj who is from another country. I relocated to Malaysia a few months after my marriage.

This was followed by another move two years later and another move three years after that. And now this current move. After packing and repacking so much I totally just stop unpacking for stuff that I don’t use that often after the third move and that is where I start “losing” stuff.

So I am so glad that while unpacking this time, I found my epic perfume box and then my jewelery box that had my pearl jewelry that I missed wearing and my lovely Cyma watch that was too dressy for me to wear at home.. lol!

I so love unpacking now.. it’s like opening gifts!

Lucky in Love**

When I hooked up with Azwaj online, it wasn’t because I was looking for love. In fact it was the furthest thing on my mind. I had just fallen out of love and trying to sort out the mess I was in.. so nope.. love was not on the list. All I wanted was to have fun, clear my mind and soul and just forget about what had happened.

In a way, we were friends first before becoming lovers and like they say, that is always the best kind. And to find love on the net… wow.. that is something I never thought happened to me.

However, not everyone shares the same luck as I did. I hear horror stories of women and even men getting cheated and not only were their hearts broken, their bank account share the same fate as well, just like this woman that I read about today.

So whilst it was a drain on both our finances – there were no sms or video chat when we were dating – at least, our love story was a sweet one…..
