Rambling On..

With everyone sighing everywhere about the economy, I’m also sighing each time I think about dieting, detox and health in general. I recently read a quicktrim reviews online and it seems “The Kardashian” sisters are marketing the product. They claim that not only does the product reduce cellulite, it also cleanse and detoxify the body. If indeed this is true and if the The Kardashian sisters are anything to refer to, then I must say the product is indeed effective.

Anyone tried it lately?

Exhausted

It’s been a while since I pull an all nighter. The situation with mama simply doesn’t allow me to spend as much time online as I use to. But.. with so much work I have to sacrifice sleep tonight to make sure most of it get done before the deadline. But LJ can only function so much without sleep so I’m hitting the sack now and hopeful to wake up by noon to bring lunch for mama and abah.

I’ve taken all my vitamins, even the prenatal vitamins supplements are in the list because of their high iron and folate content and that is important to keep my hormones in check.

I Got the Hair Loss Blues

And if wrinkles are not enough to keep me awake at night, I got to worry about hair loss too?

You see my late father (rest in peace Ayah) had a receding hairline and his sisters, my aunts, all experienced thinning hair. Now, I noticed that my hair has been thinning a while back but I took it in stride because I used to have LOTS of hair and I hated it and when it started to thin, freaky me, actually loved it..lol! However, I want it to stop thinning and dropping already coz I don’t want to be bald! Yikes!

Any tips on hair loss preventions peeps?
