Due to my workload recently, I’ve been surviving on only 3-4hours sleep daily only. So most times I’m sleepy, tired and grouchy. I don’t really feel it when I’m working but the moment I let my brain rest, I go into space out mode when I would dose off.  I’ve been taking my share of vitamin C and prenatal vitamins. No, not because I’m pregnant but because that vitamins would keep my hormones in check during this stressful times. I had one surgery for fibroid before, I don’t need another one for sure.

Finding the right kind of diets that work is one thing, sticking to one program and going straight through is another. This is the case for me. Having never diet before, I am finding it hard to stick to any program. I always tend to “forget” that I’m supposed to be on diet until I after eating a full meal. Lol!

And exercise? Well, getting started is one thing, getting motivated to do it daily is another thing too.. Sigh.. I guess I will be one fat lady soon.. lol!

I never had acne when I was growing up. and now that I’m now older I’m hoping that I won’t suddenly develop adult acne. So I feel it helps to know what are the adult acne causes and to avoid all of them. I did some research and found that stress, hormones, birth control pills and even bad cosmetics can be the trigger and since I can avoid most of them except for stress, I think I’m pretty safe in the area.

How about you? Are you avoiding the triggers as well?
