Oats for Meals

It’s the 10th day of Ramadhan today and “Alhamdullilah” although I’ve been sick, I managed to not skip any days yet. I’ve been starting to skip taking rice for my meals substituting them for oats instead though I do take bites of the delicious “lauk” that A buys for his break fast. I hope to God that oats can’t make one fat otherwise I may consider taking apidexin instead! 😳
