Tying A Knot On My Finger

I was clearing out my mailbox today and am amazed at the stuff that are in there. There are offers for maid services, some cigars pamphlets, car wash offers and..a lengthy writeup on how this “GURU” can analyze your life and put numbers to it and with that number you can buy the “Magnum” (something like the lottery) and be RICH!!! lol!!

However, there was something important in there and that was a flyer that lets residents know that there would be a maintenance of the water tank on the roof and as such there would be no water supply from 8.30am to 8.30pm tomorrow! Time to bring out the pails and start storing water!

Nice Mugs for Me **

Well, I finally made it to the post office today and was greeted by a very big box.

Looking at address on the top left hand of the box I knew it was my winning from a contest that I had entered a while back on Barbara’s “Goal for the Green” 200th post blog giveaway.. and what an awesome gift it is.. A pair of custom mugs with her blog badge on it!

Running Late

I seriously got to go the post office tomorrow. I got this notice from Pos Laju that I got a package and the notice actually arrived last week just before the Chinese New Year holidays. I’m suspecting that it is custom mugs that I won at a contest recently but I can’t be sure because I’m also expecting something from my bank in Singapore. So hopefully I can wake up like a normal person later today and reach the post office before they close at 4.30pm 🙂
