New Amplifer for Azwaj

Azwaj is planning to service his Marshall amplifier and he is thinking of trying out the eminence speakers  for a change. Alternatively he is thinking of just buying a new one from another company. However, the model that he is planning on getting is not being distributed here in Malaysia and the closest to getting it will from Singapore. So, since I am planning a trip down this Thursday, I thought I will just check out it out for him and see if it’s available.

On another note, my trip down this time will fun for sure as it is also to attend a cousin’s wedding. I am also planning another get-together with my CNC girls and of course some retail therapy.. lol!

Get Well Soon Mus

So, our friend, who recently had a heart attack is recovering very nicely after going through Angioplasty yesterday. Apparently he, who already has a high cholesterol condition, took too much mutton on his work trip to Kuantan over the weekend. Good thing he sensed something was wrong with him and went to the hospital immediately on Sunday or else….

Anyway, all is good now and though he still got to be monitored another 24hours, doctors are saying he might be discharged tomorrow if his condition stabilize tonight. We think he is going to be alright. He was cheerful and laughing away just now at his own antics that has caused him to land in the hospital.

Looking back at 2011

I guess it’s never too late to look back on what happened the year before so here’s my 2011..

January:

• I won Emila’s Top Commenting Contest for December 2010. Yeay what a way to start the year right?

March:

• I attended my first ever perfume launch organised by Avon with Emila and Marzie (thanks to Emila’s invite)
• Sickness comes visiting
• I exposed a troll that pretended to be another blogger and befriend me and my friends.
• Aggie, our cat, needed eye surgery

April:

• I got a brand new spectable frame that has magnetic clip on shades. I also got transitional lenses in September that I forgot to blog about 🙁

May:

• Celebrate Mother’s Day with mommy on a tour to Malacca
• We lost our very dear friend , Fik, who passed away at only 37years of age. Alfatihah.
• I missed going to my junior college, TPJC, 25th anniversary coz it was too close to another event that I have in Singapore.

June:

• I went through Cystectomy surgery in Singapore to remove some cyst from my ovaries.
• VieVie came into our lives
• I took up a website designing job for a local company

August:

• Emila and Yassin came to our humble abode for the very first time and visited the kitties 🙂
• Girls nite out with Emila, Marzie and Nessa
• Mom celebrate Raya in KL

September

• We lost Jam Jam, our cat, after she fell. She underwent surgery but didn’t recover well.

October:

• Celebrate Raya Haji with mommy in Singapore
• Gianto, our 9th cat, came into our life
• I got a beautiful Night Owl Ring to add to my collection of rings
• The long awaited Whitesnake concert in KL, Malaysia ! Yeah!!!

November:

• Another eye surgery for Aggie 🙁
• I did my first Zazzle Store website for a client
• I took up another website designing job for a local company

December:

• Hosted a giveway
• I got a new toy, my Samsung Galaxy Note.
• Our internet service provider, Unifi, failed us 10 times in December alone. I wrote to them asking for a rebate and they are considering it.
